Process Stages
The method we are using to plan, run and follow up the Charrette project is being guided by the process stages developed by the National Charrette Institute. The stages have been developed over the past 20 years by the institute on over 150 Charrettes including one delivered to address the rebuilding of New Orleans in the wake of Hurricane Katrina.
This method provides a strong basis for thorough preparation and a successful, collaborative and inclusive project.
